Brussels is seeking to address textile consumption in Europe, which has the fourth highest impact on the environment and climate change after food, housing and transport.
Although the ban in principle will begin after two years for large businesses, exceptions have been agreed for small companies, as well as a transitional period of six years for medium-sized companies. This would make products longer-lasting and easier to reuse, repair and recycle, reducing the consumption of resources such as energy and water. The Commission will also have the power to widen the ban to other unsold products beyond clothing and footwear.
Full details of requirements for individual products have not yet been finalized with parliament and member states still needing to officially approve the agreement, although that this is believed to be a formality.
The agreement outlined that the European Commission can issue legally binding requirements to make goods such as furniture, tyres, detergents, paints and chemicals more environmentally friendly.
Goods must also be sold with a "digital product passport", which could be a QR code, in order to help consumers make informed choices about their purchases. However, numerous raw materials such as iron, steel and aluminium are also to be regulated accordingly in future.

Maybe drones to mark people. I also think that tenants and security guards should be individually marked.
Meaning, I think that by marking a single person, you get the activity for everyone on that propery. Makes the game a bit easier. More cars. Ability to sell or destroy the car "left overs". This game also screams for multiplayer and some sort of carreer mode where you slowly build up a crime syndicate, hire gang member NPCs, improve them, give them tasks or even take them to missions as help.
Meanwhile you could improve or decorate your hideout or buy an estate for yourself which can also be raided by other players in online mode : I missed guard dogs from the houses which could be an extra challenge.
However what I found really out of touch is the AI sometimes as they lack realistic behaviour. When I get caught and escape, after a few minutes everyone even the police forget that someone has tried to rob the house and act as usual.
Some sort of alerted status or extra awareness should be in place in these cases for ingame days to make double attempts harder and realistic. Also abusing the same trash containers is way too easy to avoid the police all the times.
Taking out NPC-s should be an option non-lethal methods of course.
